Vanessa Medling

After a long career in leadership within the Australian Government, Vanessa started Inspiring Success in 2015, a successful leadership coaching business consulting to many local businesses across East Gippsland. In 2021 Vanessa became the co-Director of Business Together. As a coach, mentor, facilitator, and expert in human behaviour Vanessa works alongside her co-founder to support women in business create a business they love, whilst still having time to enjoy life outside work.
