Shaun brings more than two decades of experience in finance, operations, and leadership across the banking and hospitality sectors.

After a successful career in mortgage broking, Shaun and his wife Jodie made the move to East Gippsland to take the reins of the historic Kalimna Hotel — restoring it as a vibrant community hub with a strong local focus. Alongside this, Shaun continues to grow his mortgage broking business across Gippsland, helping locals achieve their property goals.

Drawn to East Gippsland’s people, potential, and sense of community, Shaun is passionate about contributing to the region’s economic and social growth through his role on the EGMi board. Down-to-earth and results-driven, he brings a practical understanding of small business, regional development, and what it takes to build thriving local enterprises.
