Fiona Forsyth

Executive Officer

In 2020, Fiona relocated from Latrobe Valley to Toorloo Arm and became co-owner of The Cure Renovations, which now operates exclusively in East Gippsland.

Fiona's leadership experience is broad, encompassing government, private and community sectors. She has been a strong presence in the horse racing community (Vice Chair of Latrobe Valley Racing Club, and current Bairnsdale Racing Club committee member) and community organisations like the Gippsland Community Leadership Program Advisory Committee, and Chair of Old Gippstown Moe.

Notably, Fiona’s leadership successfully spearheaded the revitalisation of Old Gippstown, negotiating critical leases, developing a robust strategic plan, and transforming the workplace culture through strong community partnerships – securing a long-term, sustainable future.

Fiona is fundamentally driven to leverage this diverse expertise to deliver positive regional outcomes and solutions for East Gippsland.
