Bryan McCormick

Bryan is the Head of Government Relations and Policy at Amplify Alliance, the peak body for not-for-profit organisations delivering human and social services across Australia. Since joining Amplify Alliance in 2023, he has led advocacy and policy development on key issues affecting members and the delivery of essential services nationwide.

Bryan began his career as a Commercial and Workplace Relations Lawyer, practising for more than two decades and representing both employers and unions in complex workplace matters. Seeking to create a broader impact, he later joined leading consultancy Leading Teams as a facilitator, designing and delivering leadership and team development programs across Australia, including the leadership program for Essendon Football Club in the AFL.

Alongside his professional roles, Bryan has maintained a long-standing commitment to the community sector, serving as a board member and honorary legal counsel for various organisations. In 2010, he moved permanently into the community sector and has since held senior executive roles, primarily as CEO, across disability, employment services, vocational training, health, justice and social enterprise.

Bryan previously served on the EGMi Board from 2013 to 2020 and is pleased to once again support and contribute to its important work.
