The OBrien Regional wheel keeps on turning with its 6th new opening office across Regional
Victoria in the past eighteen months. The fast growing network of OBrien Real Estate is excited
to announce the expansion of their footprint in Gippsland with the opening of their Bairnsdale
office.

Sean Sabell and Laura Waites along with their team are making the transition to become Obrien
Real Estate Bairnsdale and bring with them more than 70 years of experience, with an impressive
reputation founded on putting their community first. The addition of the Bairnsdale office and
team is one the OBrien Real Estate network is extremely proud of, and proves yet again the
dedication the OBrien team are giving to their expansion into Regional Victoria.
Sean, Laura and their team have collectively sold and managed thousands of properties across
East Gippsland, however their desire to find continuous ways to improve, and in-turn offer more
to their clients and community was the main driving factor in making the change to join the
OBrien network.

finding a better way forward so that together we can lift the industry in East Gippsland.” Sean
said.

As a business, Sean and Laura are proud of everything they have achieved so far, but have
constantly sought to be more innovative and continually evolve, but both agree this next step is
one that unshackles their full potential.
