Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council have partnered with Navii to offer a free program to help local retail businesses improve their digital knowledge and skills.

Starting in October 2022, the program focuses on removing barriers to improving your online presence, and on growing small businesses in the COVID operating environment.

You will receive a personalised Digital Engagement Health Check at the start, course library access, and two hours of one-on-one mentoring and skills coaching with a digital expert.

Topics span across essential online presence and digital marketing areas including social media, Facebook advertising, optimising local search and online listings, Google Business, search engine optimisation, analytics and email marketing automation.
